Turnarounds: Most critiques land in 3–5 business days for docs up to 25 pages per pass. Larger sections run in phases.
Throughput: Up to 50 pages/week of review capacity across chapters (rolling).
Revisions: Each section gets 1 critique + 1 polish pass; additional passes are welcomed and queued during your program window.
Concurrency: Up to 2 active documents in the queue at once (protects quality & speed).
Access: Priority email with 1-business-day replies (Mon–Thu).
Duration: 12–16 weeks, with one 2-week pause available.
What’s not included: New data collection or statistical analyses (quote as add-on); no ghostwriting.

Q: How many revisions are included?
A: Each service includes 1 critique + 1 polish pass (unless otherwise stated). Additional passes or new scope are billed at the posted rates.
Q: Do you analyze data?
A: Not by default. Add Data-Viz Polish for tables/figures. If you need new analyses, request a quote.
Q: What’s your AI policy?
A: I use AI only for admin tasks and idea organization—never to produce original academic content for clients. Your work remains your own.
Q: Refunds?
A: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if work has not begun. Rush fees and completed hours are non-refundable.
Q: Confidentiality?
A: All shared materials are confidential. I do not share drafts, data, or communications without your consent.
